How long does one sponge last: Our eco sponges are durable and should last around 1-2 months depending on how frequently you clean. Dry the sponge in between uses to increase the longevity.

How to dispose: Our sponges are biodegradable and 100% home compostable. When ready to be replaced after many uses, you can cut into small pieces and compost at home where it will decompose naturally for no waste.

Are your natural eco sponges effective? We have thoroughly tested our products against mainstream alternatives to ensure they achieve the same effective clean, but with more eco-friendly and ethical materials. Despite being plastic-free and plant based, our eco sponges are able to wipe surfaces and scrub dishes just as efficiently as mainstream brands.

How long does one eco sponge last? Most customers find that one sponge lasts around one month before it needs to be replaced.

What can I use your eco sponges for? Our plastic-free sponges are perfect for washing dishes and wiping up dirt and spills around the home. The uses are endless!

I want to subscribe to your eco sponges, how often should I get deliveries? Most customers who choose to subscribe to our eco sponges opt for delivery every 2 months. Due to our flexible subscription model you can easily change this frequency or skip a delivery if you need to by logging into your account.
Are your eco sponges free from microplastics and toxic materials? We only use plant-based, non-toxic ingredients to keep your family and the planet safe. Our eco sponges are made entirely from plant-based materials sourced within the UK. We use natural cellulose and water. No plastic, no toxic materials and no animal products.

How do I use your eco sponges and why do they arrive flat? Our eco sponges are designed to pop-up when run under water. When wet they will transform into a wonderfully absorbent and flexible sponge. Simply run the sponge under the tap to watch it expand and get scrubbing straight away.

How do I properly dispose of the eco sponges? Our eco sponges are home compostable. Once your sponge is ready to be replaced, you can cut it into small pieces and put them in your at-home compost or green waste bin. It will turn into rich fertiliser for your plants. Alternatively, dispose of it in your regular waste bin. Do not recycle with paper or plastic. All outer packaging is plastic-free, recyclable, and printed with biodegradable inks.

The sponge is quite large, can I cut them in half? Yes! Our eco sponges are large in order to make them suitable for many types of cleaning. However, many customers like to cut them in half to get double the usage and clean hard-to-reach areas.

How do I properly care for my eco sponges? We recommend drying your sponges thoroughly between uses to increase longevity. .
